Anne Dutcher Interiors
Nantucket Residence
This grand old Grey Lady was built in the late 1800's in Siasconset, on the easternmost tip of Nantucket Island. Perched atop a bluff, the house has sweeping views of the restless Atlantic.
For nearly a century, the home served as a summer gathering place for its owners. Over the course of many years, the harsh Nantucket winters had taken their toll on this grand dwelling.
The house was later purchased by a young couple from Virginia who, working with a renowned historic preservation architect, restored it to its former glory. It now serves as their cherished family summer residence.
