Historic Georgian

 

This stately Georgian home, Merryhill, was built in 1871 on what was then a sprawling estate in Northern Virginia.  Over the years, Merryhill has undergone several renovations, yet many of its original elements remain intact.

The interiors are a thoughtful venture between the old and the new that brought the home up to date, while preserving the historic elements that connect it to its grand and graceful past.
