The guest cottage was built after the renovation of the main house had been completed.  It replaced a deteriorating old barn and guest house.  

 

Designed as an efficient but comfortable retreat for guests, the cottage has three bedrooms, two full baths, and a full kitchen. Its beamed ceilings, which are visible from the first floor, do much to expand the interior space.

 

The location of the cottage on the grounds affords guests full ocean views and pleasant sea breezes.
